Robert David Ushman Sr., 49, of Tuscumbia, Al died Saturday February 20, 2016. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday February 24, 2016 at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia, AL. The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Guy Cemetery. Roger Holley will officiate.
Robert is a resident of Tuscumbia having moved from Imperial Valley, California in 1991. He enjoyed the simple things in life: friends, family, Alabama football, motorcycle riding, golf, and boating. He was a perfectionist and took pride in a job well done.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Thomas Ushman Jr. and Mary Meeks Ushman; grandfather, Robert Thomas Ushman Sr.; and grandmother, Irene Freeman Meeks.
He is survived by his son Robert David “Bobby” Ushman Jr.; mother of his child, Tracy Purser Ushman; sisters Sara Baxter and husband Tim Provost, and their children Ocean, Jade and Axel Provost and Lora Baxter and her children Terry, Angel, and Nate Parker; grandmother Norma Joyce Bauer Ushman and grandfather David Lee Meeks.
