Robert Dale May, age 51 of Belvidere, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. A native of Franklin County, Dale was born in Winchester on February 10, 1969 to loving parents, Robert “Dick” and Sally (Taylor) May. He had been previously employed as a welder at Tec Tank. Dale was an avid Alabama Football fan, and he enjoyed deer, turkey, and rabbit hunting as well as farming. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy and Lena May, and B. Matt and Mattie Taylor. Dale is survived by his daughter, Ariel (Derick) Partin of Belvidere; parents, Robert “Dick” and Sally May of Belvidere; and grandson, Eli Partin. Visitation with family and friends will be from 5-9 pm on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Willie Banks officiating. Interment will follow at Green Cemetery.
