Robert Clifton, age 75, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, October 21, 2013 at his residence. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired from Union Carbide and a member of Salem Church of Christ. Mr. Clifton served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Leslie and Iva Dell Byrd Clifton; one grandson, Dusty Roberts; and special nephew, David Clifton, Jr.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at Salem Church of Christ. Funeral services will be conducted at Salem Church of Christ at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 23, 2013, with Keith Barnett and Tracey Love officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN with full military honors.
