Robert Cecil Howard, 82, of Florence died Thursday, September 20, 2012, at ECM Hospital. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 26, 2012, at Elkins Funeral Home, Florence from 12-1PM. Funeral services will follow in the Chapel, with Bro. John Bradshaw officiating. Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Mr. Howard is survived by his wife Dorothy D. Howard.
