Robert Carroll Nugent, age 79 of College Grove, TN passed away May 31, 2018. Served his country as a Sea Going U.S. Marine Corp. He was a beloved husband and father. Preceded in death by parents, Edward and Rose Nugent; brothers Macky and Jimmy Nugent. Survived by: wife, Gerda Nugent; sons, Mark Edward Nugent and Matthew Anthony Nugent; sisters, Lucille Price and Rosemary Thibodaux. Funeral Mass will be 11:00AM Monday, June 4, 2018 with visitation one hour prior to the service at St. Philip Catholic Church, 113 2nd Ave. S. Franklin, TN. Father Bala celebrant.
