Robert C. Blackburn, 85, of Florence died Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at Mitchell-Hollingsworth Nursing and Rehab Center.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 23, 2016, from 1-4 PM at Salem Church of Christ. Funeral services will follow at 4 PM with Elkins Funeral Home assisting the family. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Mr. Blackburn was preceded in death by his wife, Cleo Blackburn; grandson, Robert McKey; parents, Miley and Emma Blackburn; brother, Elwood Blackburn.
Mr. Blackburn is survived by three daughters, Annette Jewett (Brian), Mailine Blackburn, and Amy Clingan (Bobby); three brothers, Gordon Blackburn (Rachel), James Blackburn, and Mark Blackburn (Crystal); sister, Louise Frye (J.C.); eleven grandchildren, Alicia, Layla (Aaron), Natalie, Nissi Hope, 4 grandsons by Love, Harvey, Landan, and Haley; one great-granddaughter, Emma.
Pallbearers will be family.
