Robert C. Bivens, 88, died December 21, 2020. Visitation wil be Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel with burial in Leoma Cemetery. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
