Robert “Brandon” Clemons, 57, of Mt. Hope, Ala., died Nov. 18, 2013, at ECM Hospital in Florence, Ala. He was born Nov. 24, 1955, in Florence, Ala. and was employed by Clayton Homes as a Service Man.
He is survived by wife, Kim Shields Clemons, Mt. Hope, Ala.; son, William Zane Clemons, Mt. Hope, Ala.; daughters, Kimberly LouMarie Clemons, Mt. Hope, Ala. and Kristle Gail Holt, Fayette County, Tenn.; brothers, Randy Clemons (Mary Jane), Anderson, Ala., Stanley “Oochie” Clemons (Janice), Anderson, Ala., Ricky Clemons (Donna), Anderson, Ala., and Teddy Clemons (Melissa), Anderson, Ala.; sisters, Sue Belue, Anderson, Ala., Faye Borden, Priceville, Ala., Ann Cates (Charles), Anderson, Ala., Gayle English (Charles), Lexington, Ala., Daisy Corum (Roger), Lexington, Ala., and Becky George (Danny), Pulaski, Tenn.; grandchildren, Zane Aden Clemons, Alexus Holt, and Alex Holt; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by father, William Earnest Clemons; and mother, Lucille Parker Clemons.
Brandon was a member of Grassy Baptist Church.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, at Lawrence Funeral Home, Moulton, Ala. The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Rock Springs Cemetery, Mt. Hope, Ala. Brother Nolan Clemons and Brother David Headrick are officiating.
Pallbearers will be Willie Clemons, Jeff Clemons, Joseph Clemons, Buddy Corum, Marcus Shields, Taylor Heflin, BJ Damron and Jay Stancil.
