Robert “Bob” Vernon Brooks, 87, died Tuesday, April 8, 2014. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday at Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville. The memorial service will be 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel. He was the husband of Julia Brooks.
