Rita Gosa Griffin, age 70, of Columbus, MS passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS. Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020 at 1:00pm in the Crews Cemetery. Bro. Kenny Gardner to officiate.

Rita was born on June 1, 1949 in Lamar County, AL to the late Paul France Gosa and the late Enda Louise Austin. She attended Sulligent High School. Rita worked in fireworks sales. She enjoyed collecting arrowheads, gardening, and riding trails on her Ranger.
