Rita Faye Phillips, age 54, of Spring Hill, Tennessee, passed away at her residence on Sunday, September 6, 2015.
Rita was born on February 6, 1961 in Milton, Florida to the late Frank Phillips and the late Loella Partaen Phillips. She was a nurse and enjoyed helping people in the medical profession.
No services are scheduled for Miss Phillips at this time.
