Rita Faye Bryant Owens, 68, of Ardmore, Tennessee passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13th, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family.
Rita was born on August 27th, 1957, in Fayetteville, TN. The youngest daughter of TL and Nellie Ann Magnusson Bryant.
Rita is preceded in death by her parents, and brother Tim Bryant.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Jackie Owens, her daughters, Natasha (Billy) Holt and Courtney (Daniel) Quillin both of Ardmore, TN, as well as three granddaughters: Riley and Reagan Holt and Cayton Quillin and only grandson, Dayler Jack Quillin.
She is also survived by her sister Donna (Dale) Patterson and brother Aaron (Nancy) Bryant of Ardmore, TN. Her Uncle Azie Lee (Martha) Magnusson of Ardmore, AL as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and co-workers.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21st, 2026, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM followed by a Celebration of Life Service starting at 5:00 PM with Drew Smith speaking.
In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to be made to the American Cancer Society or Charity of your choice.
