While you will learn facts about raptors in our programs, we seek to instill not only knowledge but an understanding of the environment and the animals that live here with us. Also, how our culture, history and our scientific understanding contribute to our ability to serve as good stewards of this world we call home.

When: Saturday, July 23rd, 2022 @1:00pm

Rise Raptor Project Mission Statement: “To inspire the public to embrace principles of good stewardship, engage in scientific discovery, and be immersed in the riches of history and culture, by connecting with the most powerful birds in the world.”

The U.S. Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918 protects all migratory birds.  This prohibits possession of live birds, feathers, and parts.  We at Rise have permits allowing the possession of live birds and static display items.
