Funeral for Ricky “Rappy” Owen, 53, of Decatur will be Saturday, May 29, 2021, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Rice Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. Mr. Owen, who died Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at his residence, was born, December 15, 1967, to Charles Owen and Marie Sparks. He was preceded in death by his parents.
