Ricky Dale Tubbs, 67, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2025. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Barton Baptist Church.
Ricky was a native and lifelong resident of Colbert County. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He retired from Bigbee Steel and enjoyed woodworking.
Ricky was preceded in death by his father, Robert Tubbs.
He is survived by his loving wife of forty years, Melisa Tubbs; children, Taft Tubbs (Marcie), Nicholas Tubbs (Mellissa), and Jessica Neives; mother, Shirley Tubbs; brothers, Tony Tubbs and Jeff Tubbs; six grandchildren; two great grandsons; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family expresses special thanks to Compassus for all the care and support they gave Ricky.
