Ricklian De Bronaugh of Hartselle was born on May 21, 1945, and died on June 16, 2023, at the age of 78.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Julian William “Duby” and DeLene Gammon Bronaugh.
Rick is survived by his spouse, Francie Ann Pate as well as his children William Nettles Bronaugh (Jill) and Beth Bronaugh Mattei (Peyton), and grandchildren, Liza Bronaugh, Kate, Alex, and Margaret Mattei.
Rick grew up in Decatur and attended Decatur High School. He graduated from the University of Alabama and remained a lifelong Crimson Tide fan. He also served in the US Army.
A graveside service for Rick will held on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Decatur City Cemetery.
