Memorial service for Richard Wayne Vrastiak, 75, will be Friday, May 15, 2015 at 11:00 AM at White Grove Baptist Church in Cullman County, with Bro. Charles York officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Friday, May 15, 2015 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church.
Mr. Vrastiak died on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born April 7, 1940, in Cook County, Ilinois to John Joseph Vrastiak and Dorothy Bernice Quetler Vrastiak. He worked for Duo-Fast Corporation for 45 years in Chicago, Illinois and has lived in Alabama for nine years. He was preceded in death by his parents: Dorothy and John Vrastiak and a brother: Tom Vrastiak
