Funeral service for Richard W. Douglas, 70, will be Thursday, December 8, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Larry “Bucket” Guthrie and Rev. Etsel Riddle officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Douglas died on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at his residence. He was born November 3, 1946, in Auburn, Alabama to Luther Harmon Douglas and Mary Eiland Douglas . He was a Baptist in his faith and a was member of the BTJ Pipefitters and Plumbers Local 760 in Sheffield, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his parents.
