Funeral service for Richard Neal Allen, 65, will be Friday, October 6, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Paul Cheshier officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Allen died on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at his residence. He was born May 7, 1958, in Illinois, to Richard David Allen and Gloria Ann Smith Allen.
He was a United States Navy, E6, Veteran, prior to his retirement. He also worked for the United States Postal Service as a Mechanic after his service. He was a Methodist in his faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
