Richard Lynn Madison, age 55, of Oakman, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at UAB Hospital.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Solid Rock Church in Pinson, with funeral services following at 3:00 PM. Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Phillip Oliver will officiate.
Mr. Madison was preceded in death by his Father-R.L. Madison.
He is survived by his Wife-Paula Madison of Oakman; Mother-Jewel Kelley of Jasper; Sons-Charlie Madison (Cassie), Caleb Madison, Jordan Madison (Amber) and Justin McPeak (Jennifer); Sister-Mashell Mann; Grandchildren-Lily, Trent, Gabe, Gracie, Karley, Mac, and Coleman Madison, Jordyn McPeak; Uncle-Joe Perkins; Nieces-Kristi Mann, Alicia Graham and April Redwine (Steve); Nephew-Josh Mann.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Operation Healing Ministry.
