Dr. Richard Lowe, age 87, Haleyville, AL. passed away Sunday March 24, 2013. His visitation will be on Saturday March 30, 2013 from 12:30 – 3:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home-Haleyville, with his funeral held at 3:00PM in the chapel, entombment will be at Winston Memorial Mausoleum.
