Richard Leon Barker, 70 of Union Grove passed away Saturday, January 23, 2021, at the Tut Fann Veterans Home in Huntsville. Leon was born June 30, 1950 in West Virginia the son of Jessie Barker and Aussie Eastep Barker. He was a retired Technician for the US Army.
Leon is survived by his Wife: Diane Russell Barker of Union Grove; Son: RL Barker of California; Sister: Jean Bright of Ohio; Brother: Allen Smith of Virginia.
The family chose to honor his wishes by cremation with no formal memorial service. Gober Funeral Chapel assisted the Barker family with cremation arrangements.
