Richard Lee Brown, beloved husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, friend, neighbor, and Christian brother went home to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on October 31, 2024. He was 92 years young. Born in Selmer, Tennessee, in 1932, he grew up with his parents, James A. and Carey Brown, and his grandmother Laura Whitehurst who all predeceased him. He is survived by his wife Sandra and their two daughters, Laura Monty (Rick) and Betsy Gleysteen (Eric) and three grandchildren, Brett, Sam, and Kelly. He was an only child but has hundreds of brothers and sisters in Christ whom he dearly loved.

Richard was a man of extraordinary accomplishments, talents, gifts, and resources which he steadfastly and unfailingly used for the glory of God, his earthly family, his church family, those in need, his employers, and his country.
