Mr. Richard Herman Carlile 78, of Hollywood, Alabama, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 6:03 a.m.
Mr. Carlile is survived by his loving Wife, Susan Carlile, Daughter, Mary Love Dial (Jeff), Son, Robert Warren Carlile and 6 Grandchildren, Richard, Megan, Joseph, Warren, Kaitlin and Austin.
Richard was a highly decorated Army Veteran. He was a faithful member of his Sunday School class and was truly selfless as he was always going and doing for others. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held at First Baptist Church of Scottsboro on Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM with the Funeral following at 1:00 PM. Followed by a graveside service at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Service will be officiated by Pastor Shandy Dill.
