Mr. Adams was a native of Lawrence County, Tenn, a retired logger and farrier and of the Baptist faith. He is survived by: Wife – Mary Ann Adams of Iron City, Tenn; 6 Sons – Doug Adams of Summertown, Tenn, Andrew Adams of Iron City, Tenn, Paden Adams of Iron City, Tenn, Jason Clayton of Iron City, Tenn, Willie Stults and wife Monica of St Joseph, Tenn and Chris Stults and wife Cindy of St Joseph, Tenn; 6 Daughters – Susan Shoefstall and husband Texas, Jan Busby and husband Eddie of Summertwon, Tenn, Rebecca Childers of Iron City, Tenn, Charlotte Holt and husband Wayne of Iron City, Tenn, Samantha Atwell of Iron City, Tenn and Rebecca Robinson of Lawrenceburg, Tenn; 19 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren; 6 Brothers – Buddy adams of Lawrenceburg, Tenn, Michael adams of St Joseph, Tenn, and Roman Adams of Lawrenceburg, Tenn; 3 Sisters – Jonell Butler of St Joseph, Tenn, Jean Cozart of Lawrenceburg, Tenn and Ellen Wayland of Lawrenceburg, Tenn; Several Nieces and Nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by: Parents – Richard Henry and Dellie Adams; 1 Brother – Frank Adams. Steve Martin will be officiating. Burial will follow in Hollis Cemetery.
