Richard Edison Denton, 75, died Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at Gilmore Memorial Regional Medical Center in Amory. He was born March 16, 1942, in Pontotoc to Cecil and Elsie Ruth Jones Denton. He was a mechanic.
Memorial services will be held at a later date to be determined by the family. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
His survivors include two daughters, Michele Robbins of Fairview and Patricia Epps of Red Bay, Alabama; and two sons, Walter Denton of Aberdeen and Dwain Denton of Fairview.
