Richard “Dicky” Green, 75 of Tuscumbia, formerly of Sheffield, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025. Visitation will be Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm at Sheffield Oakwood cemetery with Larry Dover officiating.
Dicky is a member of Parkview Baptist Church and was a former member of the Kiwanis. He retired from the City of Sheffield and was an avid Alabama football fan.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Imogene Ivey Green; father, Grady Ray Green, daughter, Stacy Green; and numerous pet dogs.
Dicky is survived by his loving wife of 6 years, Judy Wilson Green; daughter, Angelia Green Huddleston and her husband, Keith Mosley; sister, Tara MaLeigh Green; grandchildren, Gia Mitchell, Ben Mitchell, Kael Huddleston, and Tyler Mosley; great granddaughter, Alissia Jane Marquez; and pet dogs, Jackson, Bo, Koda Bear, and Sallee.
Pallbearers will be Ben Mitchell, Kael Huddleston, Tyler Mosley, Keith Mosley, Randy Campbell, and Ervin Brown.
