Richard Dalton Baltimore, age 65, of Elkmont, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025. He was born Oct. 16, 1960, in Michigan to Richard and Ann Baltimore.Richard is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, James Rodney Baltimore; one sister, Kem Engles; and one niece, Jennifer Engles.
Survivors include one brother, Steve A. Baltimore of Azle, TX; one sister, Wanda Darlene Keener of Manchester, TN; three nephews, Rodney Baltimore, Jeffrey Burns, and Chris Burns; two nieces, Kimberly Baltimore and Angie Burns; six great-nieces and nephews, Tierra, Sierra, Skyler, Jayden, Brooke, Amanda, and Alexis VanMeter.
