Richard Allen Goggins, 59, died at his home in Memphis on Monday, June 19, 2023. Richard was born in New Albany, MS on March 17, 1964 to the late Charles Goggins and the late Marie Bridges Campbell.
Richard graduated High School and attended Junior College before beginning his career at The Kellogg’s Company in Memphis. He was a maintenance electrician. He loved his family and his extended Kellogg’s family. His greatest hobby was listening to all genres of music. He was a collector of the old vinyl records. He loved to travel the country and did so the old fashion way by train.
A service celebrating Richard’s life will be on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at 2:00 PM with a visitation from 1:30 PM until service time, all at Holland funeral directors located at 5281 Cliff Gookin Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38801. Richard is survived by his father who raised him, Bobby Campbell; his brother Gary Campbell (Teresa); his two Aunts, Barbara White and Nell White; several nieces and nephews and many cousins and their families; and his Kellogg’s family. He was preceded in death by his parents.
