Ms. Rhonda Lynne Morgan, age 63, of Attalla, Alabama died on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at her daughter’s residence.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 o’clock pm on Wednesday, August 26, 2025, in the McRae Chapel with Bro. Blaine Burbanks officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from noon until service time at the funeral home.
Ms. Morgan was born in Alabama on February 15, 1963, to Don & Annie Faye Mullinax Morgan. She was a retired restaurant worker, working most recently at Zaxbys.
Ms. Morgan is survived by her Daughter: Rachel & Jason Whorton of Albertville, Grandson: Derek & Ava Whorton and Kaleb Whorton, Great Grandson: Ryder Whorton, Father: Don “Bill” Morgan of Boaz, and Sister: Cindy & Danny Portwood of Boaz. She was preceded in death by her Mother: Annie Faye Morgan and Brother: Billy Ray Morgan.
Pallbearers will be Derek Whorton, Kaleb Whorton, Andru Houser, Jeff Bankston, Chris Bankston, and Tim Bankston. Honorary pallbearer will be Eli Houser.
