Rhonda E. Ozbirn, 68, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at the Meadows in Fulton, MS. She was born to Jerome and Anne Rosner in New York City on December 6, 1954. Upon the passing of her mother, she was raised by her step-mother, Eppie Fulkerson Rosner. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was a veteran of the US Army serving in Germany and worked for TVA, Sunshine Homes and Wrangler.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL assisted the family.
She is survived by one son, Tommy Barnes; one brother, Neal Rosner (Nancy); one sister, Fern Michaelis; nieces and nephews, Brittany Rosner, Brian Rosner, Kelly Rodriguez and Justin Riddle; special friend, Gwen Williams and longtime friends and caregivers, James and Janice Kennedy.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
