Revised Alabama Certificate of Marriage forms to be sent to probate courts today

MONTGOMERY-The Alabama Department of Public Health has been working diligently to provide a revised Certificate of Marriage to the probate courts in Alabama’s 67 counties. This new form will be utilized for all persons who are authorized to marry in Alabama.

The revised form will be provided to probate courts via email on Thursday, Feb. 5, so that they can begin using it on Monday, Feb. 9. Printed forms will be provided at a later date.
