Reble Sue Evans Coffey was a caring wife, mother, mamaw, sister, and friend. She passed away at home on February 25, 2022 at the age of 88.
She was born to James and Susie Evans on July 19, 1933. She graduated from Lawrence County High School in 1952 and then married the love of her life, Willard Coffey, in 1953. Together, they had four children: Gary Coffey (Sherlene), Rickey Coffey (Dana), Randy Coffey, and Lori Coffey Lott (Jeff). She was blessed with 7 grandchildren: Kimberly Pace, Jodi Hyde, Jessica Smith, Clint Coffey, Mallory Lott, Lydia Coffey and Evan Lott. She also was blessed with 9 great grandchildren that adored her and kept her young at heart.
Reble loved spending time gardening in her flower beds, shopping, going on trips with her Happy Highlanders church group, singing hymns, studying the Bible, teaching Sunday school and spending as much time as she could with her family that she adored.
She was a special lady and her departure from this earth will leave a hole in many hearts. Her loved ones are comforted by knowing that her walk with the Lord has taken her to Heaven where she has no more pain and is singing in the Heavenly choir with her beautiful voice. She will be missed dearly until we are reunited with her one day.
