Reba Rogers Webb, age 94, of Decatur, Alabama, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 28, 2026. She was born on October 17, 1931, in Anniston, Alabama.

Reba was united in marriage to the love of her life, Melvin Ruffin Webb, on December 24, 1951. Together they shared 60 beautiful years of marriage until his passing on Christmas Day 2011.

Reba was a vibrant and joy-filled wife, mother, “Marmee,” and dear friend to many. She spent countless days tending to her beloved garden, where her day lilies, irises, and hydrangeas flourished. Her yard was a source of admiration for all who passed by, reflecting her care, patience, and love of beauty.

She especially cherished the holidays, Christmas being her favorite. Reba delighted in decorating her home and preparing meals for days and weeks in advance. Her love for cooking and creating meaningful celebrations made every holiday and birthday unforgettable for her family.

Reba was the epitome of a true Southern Belle, carrying herself with grace, warmth, and kindness and a little bit of spice. She was a devoted member of the Decatur Church of Christ, where she deeply loved her church family and treasured the friendships she built there.

She is survived by her twin daughters, Melana Gale (Webb) Smith and Melissa Dale Webb; her grandchildren, Joshua Hunter Smith (Rachel Whitt Smith) and Whitney Caitlin Smith (Boggus); and her great-grandchildren, Gracin Hunter Smith and Garner Elijah Smith.

Reba dedicated her life to loving and caring for her family, creating a legacy of cherished memories that will live on for generations.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Decatur Church of Christ in her memory.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
