Reba Mae Thompson of Iron City, TN was born May 15, 1940 in Wayne County, TN, the daughter of the late Leonard Loyd and Ruby Mae Daniel Thompson. Ms Thompson was a homemaker and a member of the Butler Grove Freewill Baptist Church, Iron City, Tennessee.
Ms Thompson departed this life on Monday, December 15, 2014 at her home at the age of 74 Years, 7 Months.
She is survived by brothers, Donald Thompson and wife, Glenda of Collinwood, TN, Joseph Thompson and wife, Wanda of Iron City, TN, Larry Thompson and wife, Janice of Iron City, TN, Dennis Thompson and wife, Judy of Collinwood, TN; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Everett Rich and Junior Daniel officiating. Burial will follow in Butler Grove Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
Pallbearers will be Brian, Steven, Jamie, Phillip, Shane, Bandon and Seth Thompson.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 16, 2014 from 6 pm to 9 pm and Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from 9 am until service time at the funeral home.
