Raymond Wood, 55, of Boaz died Thursday, May 23, 2019 at his residence.
Funeral service will be Sunday, May 26, 2019 at 1:00 pm in the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lee Smith, Rev. Joe Mayo, and Rev. Lynn Head officiating. Burial will follow in Crestwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 25, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Wood is survived by his wife Janet Wood; daughter & son-in-law Valerie & Garrison Long; 8 brothers; 3 sisters; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Family will accept flowers or donations may be made to a local church, Shepherd’s Cove Hospice or Encompass Hospice.
