Raymond Mitchel Sexton, age 44 passed away February 26, 2017 at his home.
He was born November 12, 1972 in San Pablo, CA and grew up in Vallejo CA, the son of Steven Michael and Patricia Ann Hitz Sexton. He graduated from Hogan High School in Vallejo, CA in 1990. He attended Yavapai College in Prescott, AZ on a baseball scholarship. He also played baseball at the University of North Alabama. He worked several years at Owens Corning in Jackson and then worked for Boyd Trucking out of Birmingham and then as a truck driver for Shippers Choice.
He loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles. His show bike, of which he built, meant the world to him. He also loved NASCAR and his family.
Mr. Sexton is survived by his father and mother, Steven Michael and Patricia Ann Hitz Sexton of Florence, AL; a sister, Stephanie Michelle Sexton Falick of Prescott, AZ and a niece and nephew, Michael and Natalie Falick of Prescott, AZ.
Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Casey Chapel with Mick Sexton and Michelle Falick officiating.
The family will receive friends at Casey Chapel 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Saturday March 11, 2017.
