Raymond Mackenzie, 83, of Meridianville, passed away Saturday.
Mr. Mackenzie was a native of Cape Brittian Island, Canada and a resident of Madison County since 1973. He was retired from the US Army with 22 years of service to his country and 20 years in civil service. Mr. Mackenzie also volunteered for 10 years with the American Red Cross.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years: Elfriede Mackenzie; four brothers: Joseph Mackenzie, John H. Mackenzie, Roderick Mackenzie, and Wallace Mackenzie; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday will be 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by service at 12:00.
