A Memorial service for Raymond Kenneth Banks, 78, will be Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Austin Williams officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No Visitation is scheduled.
Mr. Banks died on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at his residence. He was born July 6, 1948, in Cullman County, to Warner Franklin Banks and Violet Marie Bazmore Banks.
He was employed by General Electric in the Warehousing Department, prior to his retirement. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother and grandfather that will be missed by his loving family and friends. He also was a United States Army Veteran.
Preceding him in death were his wife- Karen Lee Teague Banks, his parents, a sister- Mildred Douglas, and a grandson-Christopher Butler.
Survivors include
Sons- Jeff Banks (Angie), and
Jeremy Banks (Stacey),
Sisters- Joyce Ashley (Danny),
Vennie Banks, and
Vera Barnes
Three Grandchildren – Emily, Morgan, and David Banks
and a host of Nieces, Nephews, and other extended family members.
