Raymond Gene Edwards, age 70, of Nauvoo, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Baptist Medical Center Princeton.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at New Oak Grove Cemetery. Jason Kelly will officiate.
Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by his Wife-Linda Edwards; Parents-Rev. Archie and Imogene Edwards; Sisters-Shirlie Hopson, Judy and Julie Edwards.
He is survived by his Daughter-Angela Nicholson (Josh) of Nauvoo; Son-Brad Edwards of Nauvoo; Sisters-Joyce Tucker (Lee) of Nauvoo and Edna Ayers of Eldridge; Brother-Gerald Edwards (Nelda) of Haleyville; Grandchildren-Paige Barton of Jasper, Nikki Barton-Sterrett, Braylor Edwards of Nauvoo, Bryleigh Edwards of Nauvoo; Mother-in-law-Avalene Dutton of Nauvoo.
