Raymond Darrell Mansell, age 64 of Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, August 05, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Ellis Mansell, mother, Lillian “Peggy” Willis Carlisle, and wife, Belinda Mansell.
He is survived by his brothers, Rickey Mansell (Karen), Michael Sandy, nephews, and a host of cousins.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
