Funeral for Raymon Clarence Davis, 60, of Moulton will be Saturday, June 29, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Pullen and Jackie Hill officiating. Burial will be in Smyrna Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Davis, who died Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at Helen Keller Hospital, was born May 21, 1953, in Lawrence County to Billy L. Davis and Margie Terry Davis. He was a retired carpenter. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Raymon C. Davis; his father; one sister, Margie Ruth Davis; and his grandparents, Spencer and Ellamay Davis and Frank and Maggie Terry.
Survivors include his wife, Elsie Chaney Davis; his mother, Margie M. Terry Davis Bradford; four brothers, Spencer Davis, Larry Davis, Mike Davis and Jamie Davis; three sisters, Ella Jean Hill, Barbara Fay Hansen and Diane Bolton.
Pallbearers will be Micky Harville, Madison Davis, Gary Kirk, Dale Kirk, Greg Pruett, Brain Chaney, L. Raymon Chaney and Jodie Glenn.
