Mr. Rayford Paul Bonds, age 76 of Guntersville, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023. A visitation will be held Friday, June 23, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the chapel of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 12:00 pm, with Brother James Bridges officiating. Burial will follow services at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in the Sims Community.
Mr. Bonds is survived by his daughter Paula Woodard (Ernie); son Kenny Bonds (Sarah); sisters Shirley Smith, Sadie Vaught, and Rita Anderton; brothers Billy Bonds (Ann) and Bobby Bonds (Martha); grandchildren Brandi May, Dylan May (Summer), Madolyn Copeland, and Garrett Copeland; and great grandchildren Jaiden May, Kylie Neely, Zaiden Miller, and Rhiannon May.
He was preceded in death by his parents Harvey and Flossie Bonds; wife Linda Bonds; brothers HL Bonds, Buford Bonds, Jew Bonds, and Chester Bonds.
Pallbearers will include Derrick Simpson, Dean Walls, James Willis, Eddie Irvin, Rodney Green, and Paul Gray. Honorary Pallbearers Mark Sanders, Dewayne Wray, and Matthew Pendley.
