Ray Taylor, 80, of Eva passed away Wednesday March 14, 2018 at his residence. He was born Dec. 15, 1937 to Claude and Katie Taylor in Morgan County. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ruby Yvonne Rice Taylor and one son, James Conner.
He is survived by four daughters, Charity Taylor, Sandra Mahaffey, Hope Livingston and Faith White; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Memorial service will be Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home with Brother Steadman Livingston officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
