A Graveside Funeral service with Military Honors and Interment for Ray D. Terry, 82, will be Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Roselawn Cemetery with Chaplain John Davis officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No visitation is scheduled.
Mr. Terry died on Monday, May 18, 2020. He was born November 20, 1937, in Morgan County to Burkett Almon Terry and Jenny White Terry. He was employed with the Local #377 Steamfitters Union as a pipefitter and welder, prior to his retirement. He was a Korean War Veteran, serving with the United States Air Force and also a member of the Free Mason’s.
Preceding him in death were his parents, and siblings: J.D. Terry, Leslie Terry, Florine Terry, Dewayne Terry and Mavis Terry.
Survivors include:
Two Sons – Shannon Terry and
Johnny Ray
One Daughter – Tina Hodges
One Sister – Beverly Teague
Seven Grandchildren and
One Great Grandchild
Pallbearers will be Nathan Ransom, Timothy Elidge, Jason Schrader, Michael Schrader, Chad Cryer, Caden Cryer and Shannon Terry.
