Obituary of Ray Anthony Chambers  Ray Anthony Chambers, age 70, of Woodville, Alabama, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2026. He was born on August 25, 1955.

Ray proudly served his country in the United States Air Force before beginning a successful career as an engineer with Boeing, where he dedicated many years of hard work and professionalism. He was known for his strong work ethic, quiet strength, and unwavering devotion to those he loved.

Above all else, Ray was a devoted husband to the love of his life, the late Rosa Lee Chambers. Their bond was one built on love, commitment, and cherished memories, and his family finds comfort in knowing they are now reunited.

Ray leaves behind a loving family who will forever treasure his memory, including his stepdaughter, Tammie Lee Stewart; stepson, Rick McNeal (Lisa); brother, William Chambers (Mary); granddaughter, Jordan Lee Johnson (William); grandson, Cole McNeal; several beloved great-grandsons; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ray will be remembered for his kindness, dedication, and the lasting impact he made on his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of service, integrity, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

In accordance with his wishes, Ray will be cremated. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at a later date for family and friends.

Though he will be deeply missed, Ray’s memory will remain a source of comfort and inspiration to all who knew and loved him.
