Randy Hugh Smith, age 63 of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. A native of Franklin County, he was born on January 31, 1959, in Winchester to the late John D. and Betty (Watson) Smith. Randy, a true Southern gentleman, enjoyed living life, taking rides on back roads, and singing country music. But most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his friends at New Life, especially Jimmy Clark. In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his brother, David Smith; and sister-in-law, Gloria Smith. He is survived by his loving friends and family at New Life; and special caretakers, Jessica Hall, and Tawnee Beddingfield.
