Randy “Bubba” Keeter, age 54, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at his residence. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, and a member of New Prospect Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Gene Keeter; his mother, Linda Peden England; one sister, Mandy Rogers; and grandparents, Henry and Lila Mae Keeter, and Edward and Marie Newton.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 25, 2016, with Brad Lowery officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
