Randal Lee Weems, age 61, of Florence, died Sunday, Oct. 20, 2013. His graveside service will be today at 11 a.m. in New Hope Cemetery with a memorial service immediately following in New Hope Church of Christ with Carl Seigenthaler officiating.
Randal was a Lauderdale County native and a member of New Hope Church of Christ. He was employed for 28 years with H D Lee.
His is survived by his wife, Shelia Weems: daughter, Susanne Franks and husband, Jeff,; and granddaughter, Leigha Franks; son, Andrew Weems (Samantha) Smith); brother, Rick Weems and wife, Sherry; cousin, Martha Handley; and numerous friends and co-workers.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights/Florence is directing.
