Rachele Marie Bailey It is with deep sadness and love that we share the passing of our beloved Rachele Bailey.

For the past 20 years, Rachele wasn’t just been a valued employee at Rapid Care Family Medical – she was the heart of our family. Known affectionately as ” the mother of all the Rapid Care employees,” she had a way of making everyone feel seen, loved, and supported.

She was a devoted friend to Dr. Austin and Mrs. Austin, standing by their side through every season of growth, challenge, and triumph. Her loyalty and love left a lasting mark on our team and the patients she cared for so deeply.

Rachele’s bright spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering dedication touched the lives of every patient and co-worker who had the privilege to know her. She was funny, wise, and full of personality. Her Halloween costumes were legendary, her fashion sense was one-of-a-kind, and her humor could light up even the hardest day.

She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandmother, and treasured friend. And while our hearts are heavy, we are so grateful to have had her walk this journey with us.

Please keep her family – her husband, children, and grandchildren – in your prayers during this time. We know they feel the weight of this loss even more deeply. We rest knowing that she is now dancing in Heaven with her beautiful daughter, Loni Kaye Childers – a reunion filled with joy, peace and love.

Rachele love spending time with her family, and loved her animals, and was the central figure for her families lives’. She was a graduate of Whitelake High School in Michigan, where she played the clarinet in the school band.

She has left behind to cherish her memory – her husband: Ken Bailey, son: Darrell Childers (Telesha), daughter: Kimberly Chunn (Mathew), step-son: Ryan Bailey, a sister: Debbie Lundstrom (Carl), Eight Grandchildren: Emilee, Ethan, Lilah, and Rebel Childers, Mattie Bates, Alliee and Laiklyn Chunn, and Atarah Bailey and a great granddaughter: Ivy Bates.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Thomas William Bebeau and Peggy Ann Juve Bebeau and her daughter Loni Kaye Childers.

No services are scheduled at this time but her family will plan and announce a Memorial Service at a later date.
